🚚 Filmcraft Shipping Policy

At Filmcraft, we’re committed to getting your order to you quickly, safely, and reliably. Below you’ll find everything you need to know about how we process, ship, and deliver your order.

📦 Order Processing

  • All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). Personalized canvas are processed within 3-5 business days. If you need your order sooner, please contact us for RUSH Service options. 
  • Orders placed after 2 PM PST may begin processing the next business day.
  • You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been placed, and a second email with tracking information once your order ships.

🚛 Shipping Rates & Delivery Times

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method.

Estimated delivery times:

  • Standard Shipping (U.S.): 3–5 business days
  • Expedited Shipping: 2–3 business days
  • Overnight Shipping: 1 business day (if available)

Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on carrier delays or external factors.

🌎 Domestic & International Shipping

  • We currently ship within the United States and select international locations.
  • International shipping times typically range from 7–21 business days depending on destination.
  • Customs duties, taxes, and import fees are the responsibility of the customer.

📍 Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking link via email.
Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking updates to appear.

⚠️ Delays, Lost, or Damaged Packages

While we do our best to ensure timely delivery:

  • Filmcraft is not responsible for delays caused by carriers, weather, or customs.
  • If your package is lost or damaged, please contact us within 5 days of delivery at [info@filmcraftla.com].
  • We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

📦 Shipping Address Accuracy

Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout.

  • We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses.
  • If you need to update your address, contact us immediately after placing your order.

🔁 Returns & Exchanges (Shipping Related)

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.
