At Filmcraft, we’re committed to getting your order to you quickly, safely, and reliably. Below you’ll find everything you need to know about how we process, ship, and deliver your order.
📦 Order Processing
- All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). Personalized canvas are processed within 3-5 business days. If you need your order sooner, please contact us for RUSH Service options.
- Orders placed after 2 PM PST may begin processing the next business day.
- You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been placed, and a second email with tracking information once your order ships.
🚛 Shipping Rates & Delivery Times
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method.
Estimated delivery times:
- Standard Shipping (U.S.): 3–5 business days
- Expedited Shipping: 2–3 business days
- Overnight Shipping: 1 business day (if available)
Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on carrier delays or external factors.
🌎 Domestic & International Shipping
- We currently ship within the United States and select international locations.
- International shipping times typically range from 7–21 business days depending on destination.
- Customs duties, taxes, and import fees are the responsibility of the customer.
📍 Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking link via email.
Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking updates to appear.
⚠️ Delays, Lost, or Damaged Packages
While we do our best to ensure timely delivery:
- Filmcraft is not responsible for delays caused by carriers, weather, or customs.
- If your package is lost or damaged, please contact us within 5 days of delivery at [info@filmcraftla.com].
- We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
📦 Shipping Address Accuracy
Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout.
- We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses.
- If you need to update your address, contact us immediately after placing your order.
🔁 Returns & Exchanges (Shipping Related)
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.
